I am a returning customer after a couple of years and have bought a number of items previously with no issues which has been fantastic including the lightspeed pass. However it has been over 24 hours after buying the Revan pass now and I have still not received the items in game, I was planning on also buying a number of other packs shortly including the Darth Revan pack but it says on the webstore that there is a purchase in progress - it seems to me like my purchase has been stuck in processing. This issue has put me off big time, I understand that you have fixed this issue for other people by giving crystals instead of the characters however this is not the solution I would be looking for. I have attempted to contact the EA help in game with no response and I am hoping to find a solution from yourselves instead as soon as possible as this is hindering my in game progress, thank you.
