I bought the $29.99 and the $74.99 Captain Silvo Character bundles through the Google play store. Both transactions show as completed in my Google history however, zi did not receive any of the character shards or materials associated with the packs. My Ally Code is 159-538-891. The transaction IDs are GPA.3389-9045-1339-95644 and GPA.3375-1736-8566-67483. Please help.

Same. But then I checked shard store and it shows 130 extra shards of Vane.
