Got the Aurodium attacker LST from the era shipments to use on Shin Hati. As I went to my collection of LST (I had the ones for Palpatine, Snips, any Rebel and the Aurodium Attacker I purchased from the Era shipments) I started with Palpatine. I used Palpatines LST on him first, and after that screen closed and I returned to LST collection screen, My Aurodium Attacker LST was gone. It just disappeared. l've closed and reopened the game several times and no luck. I went through my collection to be sure It wasn't used on another character by mistake. No one is upgraded to a higher level. The LST is just gone. I spent days making the decision to use it on Hati and I really would appreciate any kind of help you can give to correct this glitch. Status changed:NewtoNot A BugIve been through every step which I’ve been asked to try. I’ve been trying to get help with this through the in game help, but I’m getting no where. I explained it very clearly but the answers I’m receiving are obviously and completely from a source that does not understand anything about this game. This LST was not a small loss. I’ve checked and rechecked my roster, restored purchases, changed devices, restarted the game… everything. That LST represents months of gameplay I’ll need to go through to replace what was lost. I’m a loyal player. Started in 2016-17. Been very serious for over 2 years now. Both time and money, in generous quantities for me, have been poured into this game. I love it. But what do I do when something like this happens? Just ignore it from now on? Move on and accept the loss? Who can help? I’m sorry, I may seem dramatic but I’m frustrated and I feel like I’m just supposed to be ok with this and that no one can help me. I don’t even understand how the LST can just disappear? I’m not making this up and it wasn’t misused. It disappeared as I was using completely unrelated LSTs on characters that it could not have been used on if I tried. Attacker LST can not be used on support, nor journey characters. Please, help me out here? What can be done?
