I was working on my Lando (Esquiff Guard) to unlock the Legendary Jabba The Hutt.
My Lando was 7 stars, i upgraded him lvl equipment 13 and relic 4, i was about to get him relic 5 as a requirement for unlocking Jabba Leg.
But there must have been a sync problem because in front of my eyes my Lando has been downgraded to 6 stars with 44/100 shards. (the 16 of october 2025)
I contacted the support several times, had each time a different person who didn't really understand my problem (had to explain everything again to each person).
I have been told that it is a bug and that i must post here.
I need some help, i already farmed the shards to get him to 7 stars, i really don't want to farm 56 shards again, there are so many to farm .
I just ask to have 56 shards as a reparation not a gift.
The bug is not due to me and the shards already been farmed.
Is someone willing to help me? Because after one month asking for help i feel desperate to find someone to help my case.
I put a screenshot of my Lando who is now 6stars and relic 4 equipment 13 which is impossible! I couldn't go to relic 4 if ly Lando had been 6 stars as a proof that he was 7 stars .
