If you mark it as solved even though it's not solved, does the user say, "Oh, I see" and move on?
I've never even used a loadout, and I've updated the modes of Han Solo, Hera, and Sabine with LST. For Han Solo, I've been Lv12 for a long time, so I've upgraded the artifacts around 26.01.
I think it's because of something twisted after LST application.
It has already been mentioned that EA help (in game) has also explained this.
Still, is it okay for your administrator to tease users by linking general solutions?

I've been paying when I need it and having fun, although not consistently for 5 years, but my mod suddenly changed due to your updates.
