So this might not be a bug but a intended design, namely SLKR ultimate doesn't fully deplete on use which I find quite strange. Was this indented?
PS: I do have full video of the battle; the screenshot is moment when SLKR uses ultimate and still has some charge after it.
His ultimate (when used) depletes its charge and the damage done by it when activated fills it up again. He gains 2% charge on damage and 5% if the hits are critical.
Thanks! So 21% ultimate charge for using the ultimate. (What?!?) Damage from the ultimate should not count towards Ultimate charge.
Questions for devs: What's the excuse for GL Kylo to have something like this built into his kit? It feels like borderline cheating. Ether, you give to every GL when they use ultimate it charges ultimate or you don't give it to any GL. What makes Kylo so special?
Before you go off on me: I can unlock Kylo in a week or 2, but I got something else in mind, 3 other GL's I want before Kylo. So it's not a accusation thing it's a fairness thing.
If you can unlock GL Leia or another legend, do so. Leia going to be the best return on investment and beats teams and Profundity fleet will be a good return on investment as well.
Without his cron or evil Rey Lifter, SLKR is not much of a threat and easily countered.
