New Light Speed models are not in store

I have an account with 6.950.000 power and the new permanent Light Speed upgrades for accounts under 7 million power aren't showing up. I've looked for them in Padme or Chewbacca travel guides and they're not there. Can anyone help me?

Did you remove mods at some point? I'm wondering if you hit 7 at any point if they don't show up anymore.
