Today in GAC I defeated my enemy as time expired for the battle and got no banners for the win or the conquer of the area. Without being able to get the banners for either I lost my match even though...

You forfeit 1 battle, lost 2 battles and drew 2 battles as well. Based on the results I have, you exceeded the battle time of 2 battles and they counted as draws. Enemies or zones defeated/cleared after the set 5 minutes are not counted towards the end banner result. This is working as intended.
