Bought episode pass from webstore, but it doesn't show active in game. When trying to buy it from game getting an error that daily limit for the item has been reached.

Contact support from the in-game menu and request a review of your order history.
Did that earlier today, spoke to about 6-7 different people in chat. They verified the purchase and saw that I received the episode pass and wished me good day.
Thing is, the pass is still not active in game. I can share you proof of purchase and another screenshots in private if needed.
