Normal Conquest, sector 4, battle 2 unbeatable

Hi, I’m in the Normal Conquest, sector 4, second battle and I’m on the normal challenge path (and I also tried the battle on the golden challenge path). These battles are both unbeatable. For example, the normal battle has relic 2 bounty hunters and I have opposed with a relic 10 galactic legend Leia Organa and similarly situated team but cannot defeat the bot team. The bot team of relic 2 bounty hunters gets down to red power levels (very low) but will not die and there’s nothing I can do to get them to die. I also tried this with a relic 8 galactic legend Supreme Leader Kylo Ren/First Order team. Could someone look at this bug? I can’t get any further in conquest and it’s preventing me from getting rewards I should be able to earn easily. Thanks.
