Not receiving era currency for my rank

Hey again EA and CG once again I got the incorrect reward.  Today I got 300 instead of 500 for 30th place.  Is there any timeline for this issue being fixed?

I didn’t receive the correct 10th place rewards in coliseum for a second time. I need the 1000 era currency I am missing because I will not be able to relic 10 two characters with the absurd amount of money I have spent. My Luke is at era level 67 btw. I added the two instances where I placed 10th and got 500 era currency instead of 1000. Also some of these pngs are my conversations with EA support. My player id is MVT7HtU8RxGy0mX28BnGVw and my all code is 789-673-533. (I play on iOS)

Same issue happened with me today. Got 200 currency for rank #60.

Same issue here as well. Was going to make my own post but found this one first. 

My Coliseum screen showed "Yesterday Rank: #11," so I should've received 1,000 Era currency, but I only got 500 instead. I've got a screenshot showing the rank and reward if needed. (And uh, hey, any recompense would be awesome lol.)

Same issue but with rank #91. Should receive 200 and only got 100.
