Not receiving era currency for my rank

Same by me. Day 3 Rank 10 but Zero rewards..

Same here. Arrived 10th 2 days ago and received only 500 currency . Moreover I didn't receive anything for my placement yesterday. The reward disappeared

Same here, finished 31 yesterday and should've gotten 500 currency according to "Ranks #12-31" . Ended up getting 300 for "Ranks #32-61"

Same issue here as well. Was going to make my own post but found this one first. 

My Coliseum screen showed "Yesterday Rank: #11," so I should've received 1,000 Era currency, but I only got 500 instead. I've got a screenshot showing the rank and reward if needed. (And uh, hey, any recompense would be awesome lol.)

I didn’t receive the correct 10th place rewards in coliseum for a second time. I need the 1000 era currency I am missing because I will not be able to relic 10 two characters with the absurd amount of money I have spent. My Luke is at era level 67 btw. I added the two instances where I placed 10th and got 500 era currency instead of 1000. Also some of these pngs are my conversations with EA support.
