i haven't received any make good for the pillars of war Datacrons I had 2 lvl9 attacker Datacrons as well as a lvl8 healer and 1 other lvl9 cron I have received nothing. There is clearly some bug because I messed with the Datacrons prior to the post saying not to touch them, please send me the make good as I've been completely stiffed

Why are you labeling these all as fixed Gunner? There is a separate issue where if you dusted a cron before Crumbs post not to touch anything, you didn't get the rewards.
Apparently EA advisors said they were aware of this issue last night, at least the one who answered my ticket, but the link to the Crumb post you are linking has no update to this at all and it's likely affected thousands. Do you not communicate with those people? Especially on an issue that was this grand and wide?

previous message: ally code 861-638-352. My issue is not fixed. I still didn't get my DCs back and got no compensation! Although my previous bug report is marked as fixed. I restarted both my game clients on PC and android, cleared cache - nothing changed, no DCs and compensation.
I have not recieved my datacron compensation. I had multiple lvl 9 datacrons. Ally code is 329-272-434.
When the pillars of war datacrons were reset back to level 5 I lost a lot of resources, especially for the respins. I was able to ramp several back up to somewhat decent with the depleted resources and by destroying some. Today after the reset, the majority of my pillars of war datacrons are now gone from my inventory completely (at least 6 of the approximately 10 that were remaining). I did not receive any resources back this time and my datacron library is now basically gone.
Gunner, before you come in and mark these all as fixed again and forward to the Crumb post with no new update on. There is a bug where if you dusted crons before compensation, that's the reason you didn't get any rewards or compensation, I had 11 attacker crons and got nothing.
Now the reason I say this, is that my EA advisor told me all of this last night when I submitted a ticket, but I am guessing with all your fixed tags, that you don't communicate with these people? It isn't fixed for the 1% of people that have this niche problem, and you are just making us all more upset by tagging everything as fixed. Please ask around on your inter office message system or something and get some word out to us. Already know I am missing TW because of this.
