I want my rewards from GAC! I submitted my run and got 10 points. So why do I not have rewards? I could have sent in a screenshot where it awarded me 10 points and then took one away. Otherwise tell me who to contact and I will.

I was awarded 10 points from submitting a battle. I attempted 2 battles and the game crashed out on both. I gave up trying to hit after that. Look at my GAC history if you think I would just allow myself to lose rewards.
This is my second ticket about the crashing issue and only receiving 9 out of 10 awarded points.
When submitting a completed battle it will always award 10 points on the first attempt. It even displayed on the end result that I had been awarded a full 10 points. Why it ended with -1 is beyond me. - EN6A6E23 hours agoNew Ace

Someone needs to remove the hidden comments or make it expandable. My new comments were disappearing and I was getting annoyed.
The in game support chat is no help and should be removed. Why waste the time if those people are not going to do their jobs? What's the point of having it?

Someone needs to look into the state of the in game support chat. Those people don't play the game and all they do is blame you and gaslight you. It's beyond abusive. Like why have a support option if they're going to act unprofessional and treat the customer like garbage because they don't have a clue what game they're providing support for or even what they're talking about. If CG can't dedicate proper support to a game of this size then they don't need my money. I'll spend it on other things and other games instead.
This lack of care is the reason why I tend to rant and blow up over everything that goes wrong in this game. It's not personal. I'm just frustrated every time I have to deal with support for a game that has made CG so much money. Like they need to pay their developers and support staff and stop gaslighting the playerbase every time something goes wrong. We don't appreciate it! I have seen high spending whales quit over not receiving proper support. I would have liked to introduce friends to this game but I cannot recommend it over the fact that there is no support whenever something goes wrong.
My biggest peeve is how major bugs are kept in the game for months before they get properly fixed only to be replaced with another bug when another new mechanic is introduced. You would think that someone would have figured out the way the game code is written and properly isolated certain effects so they don't share the same calls or conflict timing with other effects.
This bug about receiving a different number of points after submitting an attack has already been addressed and CG has claimed to have fixed it in a previous update. So if I'm not mistaken, then why is it still happening?
