NS LSbundle not received

hi i bought many LSB and everything was ok, but this NS LSB from PC web store didnt go through. it was some error when i click to buy but it charged 15$ on my bank account. My ally code is 835-984-438. i tried restore purchase but didnt work. bundle still hold when i go to web store.PLS help.
