A part of Jedi Master Mace Windu's unique ability "Arrest Warrant" is not functional at level 7 (zeta). It does seem to work after applying the omicron (level 8) but it should be working at level 7 as well. It is this part:
If all allies were Jedi Vanguard at the start of battle, whenever an enemy dispels any debuffs, Mace dispels all debuffs on himself and inflicts all enemies with Buff Immunity for 1 turn.

And I must admit that I don't understand it all but I believe the main reason it's not workin at level 7 is because uniqueability_jedimastermacewindu01_enemy_debuff_dispel_handler_CS is missing there.
While the actual effect applying buff immunity is mentioned at uniqueability_jedimastermacewindu01_mace_buff_immunity_resistable_handler it seems to reference a uniqueability_jedimastermacewindu01_mace_debuff_dispel_marker which doesn't exist but it seems to be inside the uniqueability_jedimastermacewindu01_enemy_debuff_dispel_handler_CS that is existing at level 8.
