Pc Client Not Loading

My game launches and says that its checking for updates, but afterwards it simply loads to 32% at 14MB of 44MB and freezes. Worked perfectly for several hours yesterday. I've tried repairing the game, uninstalling and reinstalling, restarting my laptop, but nothing is fixing it. Any information for what is going on and how to fix it?
