The Pirate AT-ST in the coliseum battle, can inflict blind via its Special 2 regardless of its conditions. To further clarify Pirate AtSt’s special 2 “Overclocked 88i Cannons” states that it will “inflict blind to all enemies with Damage over time or Defense Down” however in the actual coliseum battle it is able to blind its main target regardless of the conditions mentioned in the ability description.In the clip attached it shows my IG-90 being blinded without any debuffs, but also my Yoda & Chewie not being blinded despite having defense down. The abilities description should be “Deals damage to all enemies and inflicts the main target with Blind”
