Hondo should be able to steal locked buffs.
This is actually a bug. PKH should not be able to steal locked buffs. Hence why there locked. Please fix this
locked only means a few things, can't be dispelled or copied (copying as in GMY's special ability), and as far as I'm aware stealing is neither of those
also the ability description is to "steall all buffs" in general

Just to be clear, since stealing is not copying, there are zero limits on which buffs can be stolen?
I would have thought that buffs which specifically read "cannot be copied", e.g. Juhanis Redeemd buff, could not be stolen?
I was almost certain as well that I never saw Redeemed stolen until this last TW. I could be wrong on this, but would like to understand if this is 100% WAI that PKHO can steal buffs that explicitly state they cannot be copied?
I have a screenshot somewhere I can dig out of PKHO and his teammates with redeemed if relevant.Like hell this is working as intended.
If this isn’t a bug then it should be. Frankly it is absurd that PKHO can steal the techs that Wat passes out and all the other unique locked buffs.
