Placed #7 in yesterday's Coliseum and received 0 Era Currency rewards today

As title says, I placed inside the top 10 for Coliseum and didn't receive any rewards for it today. I wasn't on the cusp and got the rank below top 10 rewards, I received 0 era currency after being #7. I never got the option to claim a reward even after reloading multiple times on pc/iphone. I have done my new attempt after spending all that time trying to get my reward but as I said there was never an option to claim like there was yesterday. Please get me my 1000 era currency reward somehow.
