It has been 10 days since this problem was reported and looking at the forum I am not the only one affected and they still do not deliver a solution.
As a player who has bought many litghspeed packs I feel that I have contributed to keep the game running, not only with time but with money but the importance of this is not given.
This discourages people to continue paying for things in the game that they will not be able to enjoy since the game fails and they do not solve the problems in a timely manner.
