Hi. I have several characters at 5 or 6 stars that I have reliced under the new system. When I hit the relic icon for each character these characters are now saying they need to be gear 13 to unlock...

i have the same Problem with Capital Ithano, Quiggold, Kix and Vane, they are relic 3 and 2 and it says they have to be equipment level 13 to access relic amplifier.
