Profundity Lightspeed Bundle issue

On 9/23/2025 I purchased the profundity lightspeed I bundle. It said an error occurred and instead of giving me the characters it gave me crystals. If I wanted to purchase crystals I would have, but I want the characters and could care less for the crystals. I have proof of purchase and my ally code is 294-813-162
