Purchased Lightspeed Token Not Received – No Resolution After Multiple Contacts
I purchased a Lightspeed Token, but it never appeared in my account. The transaction went through successfully, and I have proof of purchase.
I contacted EA Help immediately and provided a screenshot of the transaction. Since then, I have been passed between multiple agents. I have sent the same documentation repeatedly, at least a dozen times, with no progress. The most recent update I received was that my case is being transferred, but there has been no follow-up or resolution.
At this point, the issue is not just the missing item, but the lack of accountability and continuity in support. I have complied with every request for verification, yet the case remains unresolved.
Request:
- Confirmation that my purchase is validated
- A single point of contact or case owner to prevent further repetition of this process
Case details and proof of purchase are already on file with EA Help. This needs escalation and closure.
