I just purchased the Jedi vanguard ascension, but sessions had terminated inbetween purchase and game granting content. Leaving the transaction to succeed without anything granted. This was on iOS device.
have attempted restore purchase. Nothing happened.

EA Help does not usually deal with purchases - they tend to focus on figuring out what is wrong with your system and getting you to fix the system issues (read: uninstall/reinstall, clear cache, clear game memory, etc.) rather than fixing purchase issues. There is also the time issue here.
Considering that the Ascension pack provides shards that could open up new tiers that in turn will yield shards on a daily basis, timeliness is a factor here - is EA going to provide any and all lost mats/shards while they sort it out?
