As title states, 3 days ago I paid for both the Leia bundle and C3pO (Ewoks) bundle in back-to-back Webstore purchases.
The Leia bundle I received. The other one I did not. Yet the money was still drawn from my account.
I have already submitted a ticket in game. I was then connected to a supposed “live advisor” who said they recognize the issue on their end, claim they then “resolved it” which they in fact did not, only to then close the ticket. Absolutely useless.
I have screenshots of my banking transactions showcasing proof of purchase for both separate bundles I can provide as well as the transcript of the conversation listed above, if necessary.
