First off, the quest says 100 but the progress bar says 200, so I'm not sure what the actual requirement is.
More importantly though, once I hit 100 attempted afflictions of purge, it stopped counting my extra attempts so I have not been able to continue progressing in that quest towards 200, or access any of the other quests for the other LSTs.
