Recurring Marquee events disappeared despite not having the character?

Yesterday Marquee I won all the battles just level 1 only to all battles challenges to unlock the chards believe it said 20 chards for characters & ships not sure the amount but I won all of them but I lost because the bug was that my team was more stronger and powerful than the enemies but they still won even though I were lower & less powerful than my team but I just saw a new update the new Marquee battles are gone now and didn't receive my rewards so basically I got cheated & ripped off unfortunately.
