Redeem code bug

I'm trying to redeem a code on the website after I get logged in I go to redeem code and when I type in the code (DarthMaul) all as one word it tells me the code is invalid this code showed up twice to me through a promotion of your game on tiktok yesterday and today and wanted to get Darth maul right off hand I tried it again 5 minutes ago and it still says invalid code.
