Redeem Code 'MAUL' working but no reward gained

I redeemde the code 'MAUL'  on the SWGOH store and it sent something to my inbox. In my inbox, it said transaction completed, "MAUL LIGHTSPEED' but it didn't show anything. I claimed it and did not find any reward in my account, also not at lightspeed tokens or anywhere.

    Redeem code 'Maul' refers to unlocking a 5 star (I think 5 star) Darth Maul.  If you already have a 5 star Darth Maul, there won't be any progress.

    The Lightspeed Maul I presume is quite a different (and a much better thing).  There is a LSB Maul, which is around £50/$50 (not something they'd give a way for free).  A LST (token) again is not something they'd give with a redeem code.

    My guess is that the transaction worked, but you've already got a Darth Maul at 5 stars.

    I’m trying to redeem code “MAUL” if it still works, but every time I try to redeem it I have to sign in and every time I do, it says “please try again”.
