Relic 7 Mastery stat incorrect in one way or another for GLs

It's possible I'm misunderstanding something, as this seems to only be on GLs, so maybe they have extra, but the Relic 7 Mastery stat is either incorrect on the relic stat increase screen or the character stat screen. Relic 7-8 shows Mastery should increase from 45 to 60, but the character stat screen shows it at 60 already.
