Repeatable combat freeze bug

Everytime I bring out my Baylan squad to fight an enemy Darth Revan team in conquest and use Weather the Storm data disk, and Darth Revan goes to use his AOE lightning attack, the game bugs out. Time ticks down fine but no one will take turns anymore. Tried it 3 times, wasting 60 conquest energy to see if it was a one-off bug.

If it makes a difference, it happened everytime he uses the lightning storm move before any of my people took a turn. I think when I faced the same squad earlier at higher stamina, someone on my team went before the enemy Darth Revan used the lightning move.

If I use a GL squad who goes before Darth Revan, then even when he uses the lightning storm it does not bug out. So seems like an interaction of him using his special ability against a team that is fully active with Weather the Storm.
