Rotta's 1st special doesn't deal dmg under certain circumstances

Rotta's ability Knock 'em dead doesn't deal dmg if 2 conditions are met. Rotta is used in GAC and he doesn't have his omicron applied to that ability. (I repeat, I saw it happen only in the grand arena championship game mode, while Rotta doesn't have his omicron applied)

I personally encountered it while fighting jabba the hutt in GAC.
