Sana Starros R6 Issue

I’ve used a R6 lightspeed token on Sana Starros. It did promote her, but I used it for the Doctor Aphra requirement. It didn’t keep track of the upgrade, and I cannot proceed on Doctor Aphra requirements due to this.

    Rebooting the game should fix the issue
