I saw the same issue in Conquest fighting against the Satele Shan boss with a standard Commander Luke Skywalker team.
I didn't think to record it till right towards the end. So you can see the infinite turns in action but I didn't capture early enough to get any of the setup aspect of the battle before she started taking infinite turns.
Essentially Bastila was the last one left standing on the enemy team and I think she got a turn after I killed the last ally she had, which resulted in her entering an infinite turn loop where my whole team was slowly worn down by AOE True Damage.
It is probably tricky to replicate because it would require Bastila immediately having the next turn in the turn order after her last ally is killed.
Read Satele's kit and you will know not to save Bastila until the end.
