Scorch does not inflict order 66 on SLKR when taunt is dispelled

Just got full DS clones to relics a few days ago and have been running lots of squad arena to test the team under LV. It seems that when SLKR uses his special ability to stun Scorch and dispel all buff on my team he isn’t afflicted with order 66 from scorch’s unique ability. (Not sure if this issue has already been reported)
