Scrolling on PC client with scroll wheel slow

Scrolling with the scroll wheel on the PC client seems to be vastly different since the update. It now takes forever to scroll from one end of the page to another (both up/down and left/right). It is much faster to find the little scroll bar and click and drag. Unfortunately, not every screen has a scroll bar. Can't seem to find any settings to be able to adjust scroll sensitivity so I am stuck with this now very frustrating slow scroll.
