Second Wind Spectre with GL Ahsoka fails

In Conquest Data disc Second Wind is failing to revive allies under GL Ahsoka ult with full Spectre party in sector 1 on optional battle 1 & 2 it does not work as expected

used other teams with GL (Leia Organa) and second wind works correctly
