The workaround is only a "potential workaround". Personally it hasn't helped me and I've been unable to login for 11 days.
Unfortunately the issue doesn't seem to be taken serious by the development team as there is no communication at all. All while we lose progress (as well as the guilds we are in), as we can't do **bleep** in events or use our energy that has stopped compiling long ago.
It is costing us thousands of crystals worth of stuff, but potentially CG costing thousands of dollars as well, as players will start finding alternative games to spend time on reconsider whether they should return to the game - myself included. A lot of people might have been thrown out of their guilds and well have to find a new group of ingame friends.
