My game wouldn't open on my phone, only on my PC. I opened my account as a guest, followed the tutorial, and then went to the settings, click on "connect", and "import account". Log in to EA-play and it will load your account again. It worked for me.
Worked for me too...then the next time I opened the app, same problem. So I tried to import account again and it worked. Then I switched to my f2p account and now it's locked to that account and I can't get back to my main. It won't even send the verification code to the email address. Says failed to send but will send to other email addresses. What is going on?
