Ideas
Possible solution on Android (worked for me):
1. Go to Google Play Services and clear the cache;
2. Go to Heros and clear the cache. Optionally, clear the data (I did it, but then I had to reload everything);
3. Do not use Google Play directly to log in. Instead, connect to EA by providing your email address;
4. Send back the numerical code received in the email;
5. Pray to God this will work and then enjoy!
I tried that but it never worked for me just looped
