Ship UI Tutorial Interaction

In order to unlock your first capital ship, it prompts you to unlock the crew first. Now thanks to the new UI, the character isn't where it's supposed to be. So you can't actually click on anything and you get stuck here. There's no way out of this page unless you force close. I'm on PC
