Shipments freeze for a second after buying an item

On PC whenever you buy an item from whatever shipment the game stutters for 1 second. It's barely noticible, but when you do notice it you can't unnotice it. Furthermore, the real problem comes, when due to that small lag, you accidentally hover and click on an item you didn't mean to buy

Below is a video showing this issue. The lag is seen after each purchase, and you can see the accidental purchase during the last second of the video. While buying Paploo shards, I stopped my cursor for a brief moment on Omega's shards (I did not click on it) and then clicked on the Paploo shards. But due to the small lag, that click registered as me clicking on Omega
