A few days ago, I attempted to purchase the SEE LSB bundle through the webstore. The checkout process went smoothly, but afterward the bundle didn’t appear in my GoH account. At the same time, my PayPal wasn’t charged, and there’s no record of the transaction in my EA order history.
The issue now is that the bundle is marked as “already purchased” on my account, so I can’t buy it again or receive it as a gift from someone else. I've made multiple transactions after this without any problem.
I was really looking forward to getting some of the Imperial Troopers from this bundle, so I’d appreciate any help in resolving this.
