I put in a request earlier last week and it seems they fixed my renewal quests. However it took around 4-5 days to fix the monthly login bug for the renewals and there is only one day left for me to collect. I will not be able to get the remaining Hux, Veteran Chewie, and Sith Trooper Lightspeed tokens along with the other rewards (gems, sim tickets, omegas, zetas, etc.) I don't think that’s fair considering i logged in everyday to collect my monthly login and it just did not register.
My ally code is 383-429-336. I hope i can get reimbursed because that’s a lot of stuff.
