The Stranger can have his speed Reduced

In the Omicron ability for Stranger's "You Might Call Me... Sith" it states;

At the start of the encounter, The Stranger can't have his Speed reduced below his base Speed for the rest of battle

Despite this, both Fracture and Capture will successfully reduce Strangers speed to 0. Thus stopping both his turn meter gains and his ability to take a turn. 


Captive and Fracture should either not affect Strangers Speed or reduce it to 174 (Stranger's Base Speed) for the duration of the Captive or Fracture
