EA_Gunner it’s now been one week that I’ve done everything you andEA_Lanna have asked. I restored purchases 10+ times a day, sent you guys screen shots of purchase confirmation, locked Malgus in roster, including from money taken from the bank and still NOTHING done. Two of my in game help tickets closed themselves because the bot is a bot. I have 7 messages unanswered from my “in game help ticket” since Leimar told me I received the bundle contents until my screen shot of a locked Malgus debunked that then Leimar said my issue was referred to a specialist. Why has there been no update or allow me to purchase the character? I literally just want Malgus which I clearly already paid for.
