As the title says. I tried to buy a guildmate the Malgus LSB, it didn't work, TWICE. The first time the game gave me the bundle instead, I got refunded for that. However, the 2nd attempt claimed it sent the LSB to my guildmate proper. Sadly tho, he confirmed that he did receive the bundle at all (even after a day of waiting) and I was denied that refund on top of that. I would appreciate if my guildmate can at least receive the Malgus LSB as that was the intended purpose of the purchase. I can even provide his allycode if that's needed.

EA_Gunner it’s now been one week that I’ve done everything you andEA_Lanna have asked. I restored purchases 10+ times a day, sent you guys screen shots of purchase confirmation, locked Malgus in roster, including from money taken from the bank and still NOTHING done. Two of my in game help tickets closed themselves because the bot is a bot. I have 7 messages unanswered from my “in game help ticket” since Leimar told me I received the bundle contents until my screen shot of a locked Malgus debunked that then Leimar said my issue was referred to a specialist. Why has there been no update or allow me to purchase the character? I literally just want Malgus which I clearly already paid for.
ALLY CODE- 287-447-361Attempted gifting my friend the Ben Solo LSB, Ben ended up on my account even though I 100% bought it as a gift. I attempted to gift the same person a second one, the transaction went through on my end ($39.99 left my bank account), but he never got anything. It has been roughly 24 hours since the attempted purchase. Contacted cg through the in game "HELP" page, they didn't say anything useful and nothing has changed.
So today a few hours ago a friend of mine gifted me the Darth Malgus LSB, and we found out quickly that it never reached me and instead he ended up getting it himself, he does not want it, nor is going to use it, how do we fix this? I’ve seen others also have similar issues.
Malgus Even for a time also vanished from my shop before returning later like nothing had ever happened.
May you fix this glitch soon? And may you redistribute the Malgus to me, as was originally intended?
