Vader interaction (with his level 9 datacron) with Capture mechanic

Darth Vader's datacron says he can't be defeated without other allies being defeated.  However, this interacts very, very badly with the Capture mechanic on the Bad Batch squad.  I just faced an Omega/Vader/Jawa squad, and once Omega is Captured, that's it.  She can't die, but she won't "resurrect" herself, and so Vader can't be killed either.  This is a very easy to exploit, very destructive bug, especially in GAC.
