Wampa abilities disappear during GAC battle with GG

I was using Wampa against General Grevious for GAC and after one of the enemy units died all of Wampa's abilities disappeared and I was unable to attack during my turn. I waited for the time out since I did kill one unit but ended up dropping banners for it. Will have to wait to see if it costs me this round as this was my only drop.
